Ilya Zaides is Founder and CIO of 14B which he launched in 2022. Prior to starting 14B, Ilya was the CIO of KG, which he co-founded in 2008. Prior to starting KG, Ilya worked as an analyst for Ivy Asset Management and then as a Senior Vice President and Head of Hedge Fund Research for Auda Advisor Associates.  Ilya began his career as a tax attorney working on corporate transactions and financial products as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and later at King & Spalding LLP. Ilya earned a J.D. from New York University and a B.A in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kevin Butler is a Partner and Director of Research at 14B. Before joining 14B, Kevin served as a Senior Analyst at KG, which he joined in 2013.  He graduated from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was a Dean’s List student. During his time at NYU, Kevin interned at Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods and Wells Fargo Securities.

Bryan Gleason is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at 14B Capital. Before joining 14B, Bryan was the acting CFO and CCO at KG, which he joined in 2015. From 2013 to 2014, he served as Controller at Wing Lake Capital LLC, an investment advisor for a master feeder fund and managed account specializing in a global long-short equity platform. Prior to Wing Lake, from 2010 to 2012, he was Assistant Controller at JANA Partners LLC, an investment advisor to various event-driven funds. Between 2006 and 2010, Bryan was a Senior Accountant at Wyser-Pratte Management Co., where he was responsible for accounting and operations. He began his career in fund administration at Citigroup Alternative Investments (formerly BISYS-RK Alternative Investment Services).

Chris Fuccillo is the Director of Business Development and Investor Relations for 14B Capital. Prior to joining 14B, Chris was an Investment Specialist at Baron Capital on their Intermediary Sales Team in New York. Prior to Baron, Chris worked in Institutional Equity Sales and brings over seven years of fundraising and investor relations experience.  Chris graduated from the Catholic University of America in 2012 with a B.S.B.A in Finance.

Anastasia Sharipova is an External Partner and Head of Marketing at 14B. Previously, Anastasia led business development and investor relations at KG, which she joined in 2016. From 2015 to 2016, she managed capital raising efforts at OCP Capital, a leading independent capital raising and placement boutique specializing in real and financial assets. Between 2013 and 2015, she served as the Director of Coverage at Bouchard Family Office in Switzerland. From 2011 to 2013, Anastasia was the Director of Coverage and Origination at VTB Bank. She began her career as a financial analyst Co-op at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Lebow School of Business at Drexel University.
